Gaggia UK Outlet

UK Outlet is the dedicated outlet division of Caffè Italia, created to give coffee lovers access to genuine coffee equipment at exceptional prices.

Backed by the experience, industry knowledge and international network of Caffè Italia—a leading online retailer of domestic and professional coffee machines—UK Outlet offers a carefully selected range of demo, photo-sample, damaged-box and refurbished products.

Since 1987, the people behind Caffè Italia have worked closely with leading coffee-machine manufacturers in North-East Italy. This long-standing expertise, together with an e-commerce presence established in 2002, allows UK Outlet to offer authentic products from recognised brands while maintaining clear product information and reliable customer support.

Smart Value, Clearly Explained

Every outlet item is categorised transparently so customers understand exactly what they are purchasing:

  • Demo products: display or demonstration units, inspected before sale.
  • Photo samples: products used for photography, showroom display or presentation purposes.
  • Damaged-box products: new and functional items with cosmetic imperfections to the external packaging, such as marks, dents or wear caused during handling, storage or transport.
  • Refurbished products: items professionally checked, tested and prepared for resale.

The condition of each product is clearly indicated on the relevant product page. Where applicable, visible signs of handling, packaging condition or cosmetic imperfections are described so customers can make an informed choice.

Genuine Coffee Equipment

Gaggia UK Outlet focuses on offering genuine branded coffee machines, grinders and accessories at reduced outlet prices. Our aim is simple: help customers enjoy quality coffee equipment while reducing waste associated with imperfect packaging, ex-display stock and professionally refurbished products.

Products are selected, checked and offered with the support of the wider Caffè Italia network, built on decades of experience in the coffee-equipment sector.

Choosing an outlet product should never mean compromising on clarity. We are committed to:

  • Clear product-condition descriptions
  • Genuine branded coffee equipment
  • Transparent outlet pricing
  • Carefully checked demo and refurbished stock
  • Support from an experienced coffee-equipment specialist
  • A more responsible way to give quality equipment a second opportunity
